ABOUT
QUEST PERFORMANCE
My name is Mia Lundquist and I am the proud owner and head coach of Quest Performance. As a former athlete, now performance coach I have worked in professional sport for over 6 years across national sport institutes, state talent pathways, professional clubs and school environments. Working across a variety of sports in my career, I am now currently the Head of Athletic Performance for Adelaide United ALW, Head of Rehabilitation for Glenelg Football Club and Lead the Physical Development program at Walford Anglican School for Girls.
With a vested interest and passion for long term athlete development, I strive to ensure that every athlete has a positive and enjoyable journey in the pursuit of performance.
